Responsibilities:
Record demand notifications and initiate orders with suppliers accordingly.
Manage supplier relations including requests for quotations and negotiations.
Check order confirmations and follow up on outstanding deliveries.
Administratively handle material returns as well as warranty and guarantee cases.
Prepare shipping orders and create necessary accompanying documents.
Process customs documents and export certificates for international goods movements.
Coordinate spare and replacement parts and organise returns to suppliers.
Keep master data and documents up to date in the ERP system used.
Qualifications:
Commercial qualification or a comparable professional qualification.
Knowledge of purchasing processes and order processing is desirable.
Experience with international deliveries and customs clearance is an advantage.
Good user skills in Word and Excel are required.
Accuracy, independence and reliability are part of your working style.
You communicate confidently, remain consistent even with open issues and enjoy working in a team.
Very good German skills; you are proficient in English, both spoken and written.
