Project Manager HVACSE (m/f/d)

Ensuring quality, deadlines, costs, and safety in the supervised trades
Negotiation with suppliers and subcontractors
Management and supervision of subcontractors on site
Leadership of 1-2 site managers/interns
Completion of the design phase of the supervised trades
Coordination with specialist planners, companies, and internal specialists
Qualifications:
Basic training in the construction sector (H/L/K/S/E) with further education or studies (FH/University/Site Manager School)
Experience in site management or project management is an advantage
Confident use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive)
Very good German language skills, spoken and written
