Procurement Specialist 100% (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You manage product groups in terms of demand, procurement and suppliers.
You handle enquiries and orders according to internal procedures.
You coordinate and document collaboration with suppliers.
You continuously update article, price and supplier data.
You monitor compliance with defined quality and conformity requirements.
Deputising within purchasing is part of your duties.
You keep specifications and relevant purchasing information complete.
You independently organise procurement tasks of various priorities.
Qualifications:
Professional certificate, further training or apprenticeship in purchasing, trade, technology or supply chain management.
Several years of experience in procurement, ideally with strategic components.
Knowledge of supplier management and collaboration with external partners.
Familiar with ERP-supported purchasing processes and data maintenance.
Experience with article master data, specifications and contract documents.
Understanding of quality requirements in industrial procurement environments.
High initiative as well as a reliable and precise working style.
Good organisational skills for parallel tasks and changing priorities.
