- You set up test systems to reproduce errors and check functions
- You work precisely and in a structured manner when creating tickets and describing error scenarios
- You are responsible for performing software updates remotely and occasionally on site
- You are the technical contact person for all products in the software area
- You collaborate as part of a team with various specialist departments
- Good knowledge of reading code (SCL, C or Basic). Programming is not required
- Good experience in troubleshooting and analysis using circuit diagrams
- Good PLC hardware and software knowledge
- You are a team player, solution-oriented, work in a structured way and can be enthusiastic about new developments
- Good German and English skills, both spoken and written
Responsibilities
- You independently resolve customer support requests in the software area by reading log files, PLC code (structured text), or circuit diagrams- You set up test systems to reproduce errors and check functions

Profile
- PLC technician, HF technician in electrical engineering, automation or mechatronics, engineering degree or a comparable qualification- Good knowledge of reading code (SCL, C or Basic). Programming is not required
- Good experience in troubleshooting and analysis using circuit diagrams
- Good PLC hardware and software knowledge
- You are a team player, solution-oriented, work in a structured way and can be enthusiastic about new developments
- Good German and English skills, both spoken and written
