Architect (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF95,000 - 105,000Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for a professionally skilled architect with BIM affinity for the development and planning of demanding building construction projects. You will work in interdisciplinary project teams at the interface of architecture, structural engineering, sustainability and real estate economics. Digital and model-based planning processes as well as the consistent application of the BIM methodology play a central role. The position offers a modern planning environment and the opportunity to collaboratively shape complex construction projects across disciplines.
Responsibilities:
Handling demanding building construction projects across various planning and project phases
Development and elaboration of architectural concepts, project and execution planning
Application and further development of BIM-based planning methods in daily project work
Creation, processing and quality assurance of digital building models
Coordination of planning with structural engineers, specialist planners and other experts
Implementation of model-based specialist coordination as well as handling planning interfaces
Development of constructive detail solutions considering design, cost-effectiveness and feasibility
Ensuring planning quality and compliance with relevant SIA standards and Swiss building regulations
Participation in building applications, tenders and execution documents according to the respective project phase
Support in the structured organisation and maintenance of project, model and planning data
Integration of requirements from sustainability, construction and cost-effectiveness into planning
Collaboration in the further development of digital planning standards and BIM processes
Qualifications:
Completed studies as architect FH/ETH/university or comparable education
Professional experience in planning and project management of building construction projects
Practical experience with BIM-based planning processes and digital building models
Good knowledge of a market-standard BIM/CAD software, for example Revit or Archicad
Knowledge of relevant SIA standards and Swiss planning and construction processes
Experience in interdisciplinary specialist planning and BIM coordination is an advantage
Very good German language skills, spoken and written
