Quality Manager

Our client, a Swiss industrial company renowned for the quality of its products and technical expertise, is seeking a Quality Manager to strengthen its team and support its development at a modern production site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the quality management system according to current standards.
• Ensure compliance with and continuous improvement of the company’s quality processes.
• Oversee internal and external audits.
• Analyse non-conformities, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Work closely with production teams to optimise product and process quality.
• Define and monitor quality performance indicators.
• Raise awareness and support employees in quality and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Actively participate in industrial optimisation projects.

Profile

• Higher technical education in the industrial, mechanical field or equivalent.
• Proven experience in quality within a production industrial environment.
• Excellent knowledge of the ISO 9001 standard.
• Experience in production quality management and process improvement.
• Knowledge of metalworking or similar industrial environments is an asset.
• Pragmatic personality, solution-oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to unite teams and support change.
• Good knowledge of French and German.
