As part of its development, a property development company established in the canton of Geneva for about twenty years is looking for a land prospector.

Your mission

Search for plots with development potential;

Analyse the area, surface, existing constructions, constraints, potential density and economic interest of the operation;

Use the SITG and cadastral and land tools;

Identify and contact owners;

Ensure follow-ups and monitoring of opportunities;

Update the client database in a prospecting CRM;

Develop and maintain an active network in the Geneva real estate market.

Your profile

Autonomous and able to work independently;

Rigorous and structured;

Persistent and results-oriented;

Experienced in telephone canvassing;

Having a network in the Geneva market and able to develop it;

Neat, eloquent and convincing.

Experience in real estate, development, brokerage, land development, architecture or urban planning is an advantage.
