Our partner is looking for an experienced IT Field Supporter who loves technical challenges and enjoys training apprentices. The company develops and produces highly precise components for machines in various industries and offers a dynamic environment with diverse IT tasks. We are seeking a communicative specialist with solid Microsoft expertise who provides support independently while also fostering IT trainees.
- Installation and maintenance of clients and mobile devices
- Management of user accounts in Active Directory and Azure
- Conducting training sessions and creating IT manuals
- Training and professional supervision of two apprentices
- At least five years of professional experience in the ICT sector
- In-depth Microsoft 365 and Azure Cloud knowledge
- Trainer qualification for supervising apprentices
- Very good German and English skills are required
- Active involvement in shaping IT processes and optimising service standards
- Responsible training and support of two IT apprentices as a trainer
- Collaboration in a competent team with high quality standards
- Employment at a world-leading company in precision linear technology
