Our client is one of the largest Spitex organisations in the canton of Aargau and cares for a catchment area of around 38,500 residents in the Heitersberg West and lower Reusstal region with approximately 125 employees. The company is characterised by a modern, innovative operation and a culture based on respect, appreciation and interdisciplinary exchange. To strengthen the team, we are looking for a committed individual as a Health Specialist EFZ (60-100%).

Health Specialist EFZ

- Ensuring professional and holistic care at home

- Performing wound care, palliative care and dementia care

- Collaboration with nursing experts APN, doctors and hospitals

- Shaping a networked outpatient care

- Supporting and accompanying FaGe and AGS trainees

- Promoting trainees in their professional development

- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ

- Competent, independent personality with a sense of responsibility

- Good IT skills in everyday work

- Driving licence category B required

- Ideally experience in Spitex operations

- Expertise in somatics, wound care and palliative care

- Experience with dementia diseases is an advantage
