Tasks

• Advising and supporting customers in the shop
• Sale of products and services in the telecommunications sector
• Active customer approach and recognising individual customer needs
• Support with questions about subscriptions, devices and digital solutions
• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
• Carrying out administrative tasks
• Ensuring a neat and inviting shop appearance

Requirements

• Experience in sales, retail or customer consulting is essential
• Enjoyment in dealing with people and a flair for sales
• Open, communicative and service-oriented personality
• Interest in technology, smartphones and digital products
• Very good German skills, additional languages are an advantage
• Neat appearance and reliable working style
• Willingness to work on Saturdays
