Your mission

Within a modern and highly automated production environment, you ensure the start-up, adjustment, and optimisation of CNC machines dedicated to the manufacture of precision components.

Your responsibilities

• Carry out complete start-ups of CNC machines
• Make necessary adjustments and corrections during production.
• Ensure monitoring and optimisation of machining parameters.
• Check the conformity of parts using conventional measuring instruments.
• Participate in solving technical issues and continuous process improvement.
• Guarantee compliance with quality, safety, and productivity requirements.
• Work closely with the methods, quality, and production departments.
• Participate in first-level maintenance of equipment.

Your profile

• Federal VET Diploma as Polymachinist, Production Mechanic, or equivalent training.
• Proven experience in CNC turning on various machines
• Very good knowledge of precision machining techniques.
• Proficient in reading technical drawings and control methods.
• Knowledge of production environments with high quality requirements.
• Ability to work independently while appreciating teamwork.
• Analytical mindset, rigour, and sense of responsibility.

• Good command of French or German, with openness to working in a bilingual French/German environment.
