YOUR MISSION
- Advising and supporting our customers in all insurance matters - by phone and directly at the counter
- You independently and efficiently process contract changes
- You arrange consultation appointments by phone for our insurance and pension advisors - with a sense for coordination and acquisition
- You support the internal departments with administrative tasks, especially in contract management
- Flexibility is required: You are willing to step in as a substitute in other Groupe Mutuel agencies if needed
Your Skills
- With a positive demeanour and confident appearance, you convince customers and colleagues alike
- Teamwork is natural to you - and your good mood is contagious
- You work purposefully, with quality awareness and a clear focus on results
- You have a confident command of German, both spoken and written; good Italian and English skills are a plus
Your Experience and Education
- Experience in the insurance sector and/or in sales and customer advice is an advantage
- Completed commercial basic training (EFZ) or an equivalent qualification in customer service
