This is the job - Your main tasks

Consulting leading internal security organizations – for example in the areas of migration and asylum, customs and border security, as well as law enforcement and justice – in digital transformation in highly regulated and security-critical environments.
Responsibility in demanding client projects throughout the entire project cycle – from strategic conception to operational implementation.
Leading projects or subprojects as well as targeted management of interdisciplinary teams in a challenging professional environment.
Translating complex professional, organizational, and regulatory requirements into actionable digital solutions, target images, and architectures.
Active contribution to the further development of our consulting portfolio in the field of internal security.

This job is for you if...

you have a completed master's degree from a technical university or university, ideally ETH or university.
you have initial experience in the field of internal security and a good understanding of its specific challenges.
you can quickly grasp complex contexts and translate them into structured, effective solution approaches.
you like to take responsibility and drive projects forward with initiative, clarity, and commitment.
you demonstrate a focused approach, quick judgment, and a high standard of impact and quality even in demanding situations.
