On behalf of our client, we are looking for
SENIOR Movements Planner M/F at 100%
- Proven experience in production planning, scheduling, with a strong advantage in WATCHMAKING
- Very good understanding of industrial flows.
- Confirmed use of ERP and reporting tools.
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Organisational, structuring and prioritisation abilities.
- Responsiveness, initiative-taking, result-oriented.
- Plan, organise and lead activities to achieve results while respecting quality and deadlines
- Establish detailed production plans with the PDP manager, synchronise and implement everything to meet PDP objectives and industrial priorities
- Coordinate and analyse flows from raw materials to assembled level
- Ensure resource adjustment according to production capacities and load plans, identify bottlenecks and propose corrective action plans
- Design, develop, implement and monitor indicators and dashboards (Service rate, plan compliance, stock coverage)
- If necessary, lead, support, motivate and develop the team (1 person)
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of planning processes and tools
- Ensure the reliability of planning parameters (Deadlines, batch sizes, safety stocks, frozen horizons)
