• You have a higher education in the insurance or financial sector.
• You have several years of professional experience, ideally in the insurance or financial sector with a focus on pension topics.
• You are characterised by a performance-oriented way of working and your sales talent.
• You like to work in a structured and analytical way.
• You enjoy dealing with people and expanding your contacts.
• You live near the agency and are well connected.
