Role:
Do you want to independently manage a demanding real estate portfolio and also take responsibility for quality, budgets and teamwork? For an established company in the real estate sector in the Basel / Northwestern Switzerland region, we are looking for an experienced property management professional with a strong service orientation.
Your scope for design
Independent management of a versatile residential property portfolio
Direct contact with owners, tenants and external partners
High responsibility for portfolio quality and profitability
Modern digital tools and flexible working options

Responsibilities:
Comprehensive management of assigned properties from leasing to ongoing operations
Management of budgets, forecasts and property-related costs
Handling of rental contracts, rent adjustments and tenancy law issues
Planning and coordination of maintenance, repair and renovation measures
Execution or coordination of apartment handovers and takeovers
Professional guidance and support of employees within property management
Qualifications:
Federal diploma in property management or comparable further education
Several years of experience in independently managing larger property portfolios
Very good knowledge of Swiss tenancy law as well as good technical understanding of real estate
Experience with budgeting, maintenance and demanding owner mandates
Confident handling of property management and ERP systems
Fluent German, professional appearance and a structured way of working
