What is my role?

As a construction manager in the Realisation/TU department, you independently lead new construction projects - from the building permit to the final handover. Your tasks include planning and supervising the construction execution, preparing cost estimates, and closely monitoring costs and invoices. You maintain close contact with clients, authorities, and planners and are responsible for ensuring that the quality, deadlines, and costs of the project always remain within the specified framework.

What do I need to be successful?

To be successful in this role, you need initiative, resilience, and strong organisational skills. Assertiveness is also important to consistently achieve project goals. Your experience in managing and executing construction projects in Switzerland is valuable for this role, and a professional qualification as a construction manager in building construction would be ideal. Additionally, communication skills and the ability to make precise decisions under pressure help ensure that all project participants work together efficiently.
