For our specialised wards in thoracic surgery & pneumology (OST A) as well as in cardiology & cardiac surgery (OST F 1+2), we are looking for committed nurse specialists with special responsibilities in education.

Nurse Specialist with Special Responsibilities in Education 80-100 %

What to expect
- You will specifically support trainees (FaGe, HF, FH) in their daily work, provide them with feedback and assist their integration into the team
- You will actively participate in direct care at the centre of complex clinical situations
- You will plan training moments in close coordination with vocational trainers and thus help create a learning-conducive environment
- Together with the team, you will further develop a practice-oriented learning and working community (LAG) – forward-looking and effective
- The training is based on the Cognitive Apprenticeship Model (CAS), which you support through your involvement in learning discussions, reflections or examination situations
- Your further development towards vocational education will be actively supported – for example through method training, job shadowing or SVEB courses offered by the education team
What you bring
- Diploma as a nurse HF/FH with professional experience in acute care
- Initial experience or strong interest in supporting learners
- Enjoyment in explaining, guiding and reflecting – with a clear eye for individual development processes
- Willingness for personal and professional development in the field of education
- Team spirit, initiative and pedagogical sensitivity
