Role:
The company is an internationally oriented technology firm developing innovative solutions for the electrification of modern mobility. The focus is on highly specialised systems around power electronics, energy conversion, and intelligent charging solutions.

Responsibilities:
You ensure consistent group reporting and consolidation and actively develop the underlying standards and processes.
You advise international group companies on accounting and reporting matters and ensure reliable and uniform application of the requirements.
In the area of internal controls, you take a central role, further develop the financial ICS, and ensure compliance with relevant governance and compliance requirements.
You prepare management reports, planning bases, and variance analyses to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.
Optimising accounting and controlling processes, especially through standardisation, automation, and efficient intercompany billing, is also part of your responsibilities.
Qualifications:
A higher education in finance and controlling or a qualification as an expert in accounting and controlling or a certified auditor forms your professional foundation.
You bring at least five years of relevant professional experience.
Solid experience with Swiss GAAP FER, group consolidation, and executive reporting as well as a good understanding of governance and internal control systems distinguish you.
Your independent, analytical, and structured working style is combined with initiative and enthusiasm for actively driving topics forward.
Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form as well as confident handling of various stakeholders complete your profile.
