Senior HR Generalist (m/f/d)

The core: technologies that guarantee stable product guidance between processing and packaging. The field of activity includes buffer systems, cooling and drying systems, as well as cleaning solutions for conveyor belts. In this role, you will shape a versatile and responsible HR function with great scope for design and direct influence on the organisation. You will work closely with local management, gain insight into strategic corporate decisions, and actively help shape HR processes by contributing your own ideas and suggestions for improvement. Responsibilities:
- You take overall responsibility for all operational HR processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle
- In this role, you recruit and onboard new employees in close cooperation with managers and central recruiting
- As a Senior HR Generalist, you ensure the smooth execution of all HR processes in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, remuneration, absence management, and offboarding
- You implement group-wide HR policies, standards, and initiatives locally and coordinate their introduction
- In this role, you ensure compliance with Swiss labour law as well as internal guidelines and requirements
- As a Senior HR Generalist, you bear end-to-end responsibility for payroll processing, including coordination and accounting of social insurances
Qualifications:
- You have at least 8 years of solid professional experience in a broad, operational HR function, ideally in an international corporate environment
- You are very familiar with Swiss labour law and have extensive experience in applying and implementing HR processes
- You bring sound knowledge in Swiss payroll processing, HR data analysis, and workforce management
- You work confidently with the ERP software Abacus, preferably in the HR and payroll modules
- You are characterised by high independence, strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and a proactive, solution-oriented working style
- You communicate excellently in German and English, both orally and in writing, and present yourself confidently in exchanges with managers and stakeholders at various levels
