Accounting Assistant

Your tasks

• Processing supplier invoices and expense reports (receipt, verification, allocation and entry)
• Validation of supplier invoices related to purchase orders Preparation and release of supplier payments in accordance with internal procedures
• Monitoring and management of debtors (preparation and sending of reminders)
• Bank reconciliation and daily accounting of routine transactions
• Cash management
• Participation in the preparation of monthly and annual closings
• Support in the preparation of VAT returns
• Monitoring and reporting of costs related to the activity (vehicle and machine fleet)
• Active participation in the electronic document management (EDM) project

Your profile

• You hold a Federal VET Diploma as a commercial employee, an accounting assistant diploma or an equivalent qualification
• You have two to three years of experience in an accounting or similar role
• Good knowledge of basic principles of general accounting
• Good command of French (minimum level B2)
• Comfortable with common office tools, especially Excel, Word and Outlook
• Reliable, discreet, organised and conscientious person, comfortable with change
