A multi-skilled mechanic with MSP role 80% - 100%

The Afiro association's missions are professional rehabilitation and adapted employment for people benefiting from disability insurance benefits. To complete its management teams active in its training and production workshop in mechanics in Ecublens, it is looking for:

Role: Socio-professional supervision of people in rehabilitation measures and professional training and adapted employment. Development and management of training and production processes. Monitoring and control of quality and safety standards.

Profile (required skills):

• Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC) as a multi-skilled mechanic, with CNC skills. FANUC and Heidenhain language;
• CFFE certificate;
• Technical diploma or social training (ASP, MSP), an advantage;
• Proven experience in managing production activities, training and supervising a work team;
• Human, pedagogical and social skills;
• Dynamism and creativity;
• Versatility and autonomy;
• Proficiency in common IT and office tools;
• Knowledge of CAD/CAM drawing tools. Solidworks and Alphacam software.
