What is my role?

• You take over the management and strategic development of our technical services and maintenance

• You lead and motivate your team of technicians and craftsmen to achieve top performance

• You develop innovative maintenance concepts and rely on proactive maintenance strategies

• You optimise processes, digitalise workflows and bring fresh ideas to the technical infrastructure

• You are responsible for budget planning, cost control and ensure maximum plant availability

• You coordinate external service providers and projects with tact

• You implement modern maintenance software and smart maintenance solutions?

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed technical degree or master craftsman qualification in a technical field

• Several years of leadership experience in technical maintenance or facility management

• Enthusiasm for innovation, digitalisation and new technologies

• Strong organisational skills and strategic thinking

• Communication skills and the ability to inspire teams?

• Hands-on mentality combined with foresight for the bigger picture

• Confident handling of maintenance software and MS Office
