Senior Physician / Consultant Autism Specialist (m/f/d)

- You will take on the personnel and professional leadership of the autism specialist unit
- As a senior physician or consultant, you will lead the clinical staff in assessing patients suspected of autism spectrum disorders
- In this role, you will conduct common psychological test procedures and carry out psychopharmacological adjustments
- You will make diagnoses and assessments according to the valid diagnostic schema
- As a team member, you will participate in the background emergency service of the clinic for child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy
- You will collaborate with the management of the Centre for Outpatient Triage, Crisis Interventions and Special Consultations as well as other departments of the CAP and external partners
Qualifications:
- You hold a specialist title in child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy FMH, are close to completing it, or have an equivalent MEBEKO recognised qualification.
- Ideally, you have leadership experience and leadership training or are willing to undertake such training.
- You enjoy interdisciplinary and guideline-oriented work and promote it accordingly.
- You are motivated to provide the most efficient assessment and treatment of children and adolescents involving their families.
- You are characterised by initiative, high social competence and situation-appropriate communication as well as flexibility and resilience.
- You are a humorous personality, both in everyday life and in dynamic situations, ideally complementing your team.
