YOUR TASKS

• You are a central member of our dedicated nursing team specialising in cardiology and cardiac/thoracic surgery – ensuring that our patients feel in the best hands from the very start
• With overview and competence, you coordinate prescribed measures, are ready to take on shift leadership, recognise emergency situations early, maintain electronic patient documentation, and ensure that relevant information reaches where it is needed
• Even in hectic moments, you remain calm and focused – that makes the difference
• You embody true team spirit: you support new colleagues, students, and trainees in the varied daily work
• You bring the willingness to work in different shifts and also at weekends – and we do our best to consider your personal wishes in the duty roster

YOUR PROFILE

• You are a qualified nurse and approach your profession with genuine passion
• Initial experience in surgical acute care or in cardiology and cardiac/thoracic surgery is a plus but not a must. We will support you
• You are motivated, team-oriented, and reliable – and know that good nursing is based on mutual trust
• The empathetic, attentive interaction with our patients is close to your heart. Just as much as a healthy balance between work and private life
