ASSC – Community Health and Care Assistant (M/F/D) – Home Care

Persag SA is looking, for one of its partners in the field of home care, for a motivated ASSC to strengthen a team in the canton of Jura.

Your mission

• Provide care and support to patients at home respecting their habits and autonomy;
• Perform basic care and medical-technical acts within your field of competence, under delegation;
• Support patients in daily living activities;
• Observe the patient’s general condition and be attentive to any changes in their situation;
• Report relevant observations to the care team;
• Participate in the continuity and quality of care;
• Promote the maintenance of autonomy and well-being of the people supported;
• Collaborate with nurses, doctors and other healthcare network professionals;
• Ensure rigorous documentation of care and interventions;
• Respect hygiene, safety, confidentiality rules and current procedures.

Your profile

• Holder of a Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as Community Health and Care Assistant (ASSC)
• Comfortable in contact with patients and their relatives;
• Kind, respectful and attentive to the needs of each person;
• Autonomous and able to take initiatives within your competencies;
• Organised and able to manage priorities;
• Possessing good observational skills and good communication abilities;
• Enjoys teamwork and interdisciplinary collaboration;
• Flexible regarding working hours and different types of interventions;
• Holder of a driving licence and having a vehicle, essential for travelling between homes.
