Mission

• Apply your entrepreneurial skills, leadership qualities and customer orientation on a daily basis
• Actively contribute to the success of the St-Blaise store as co-manager
• Ensure, together with 6 department managers and around 30 employees, the commercial appeal, product presentation and efficiency of operational processes
• Acquire, maintain and develop customer relationships as a key task for the store's success
• Continuously support and develop your teams
• Assume overall responsibility for the store in the absence of the director
• Ensure budget management as well as cover for the Admin/HR manager in case of absence, to guarantee good administrative personnel management

Required skills and qualities

• Holder of a higher education qualification, for example a Bachelor/Federal Diploma, or a qualification deemed equivalent
• Proven professional experience in direct management and sales in the food sector (knowledge in the HORECA field is a plus)
• Experience leading a team of at least 15 people
• Confidence in analysing and interpreting ratios
• An enterprising personality, with leadership qualities and very good communication skills
• Strong customer orientation and enjoyment in providing quality service to a varied clientele
• Native French speaker with good oral and written command of German (min. level B1)
