What the professional everyday life looks like

• Execution of professional, patient-centred, interdisciplinary and evidence-based nursing and care of our patients and their relatives
• Co-responsibility for ensuring nursing quality as well as the implementation and sustainability assurance of Lean Hospital
• Consultation and coaching of staff in complex patient situations or nursing questions as well as instruction and support of new employees
• Introduction, training and evaluation of nursing guidelines, instructions and concepts
• Participation in the implementation of innovations and changes in nursing and in the interprofessional context
• Active involvement in nursing-specific working groups and projects

Competences and potential

• Dipl. Nurse HF or FH or with a Bachelor in Nursing Science (BScN)
• Preferably at least 2 years of professional experience as a qualified nurse
• Quality-conscious, critical and reflective thinking as well as independent and reliable action
• Warm and appreciative attitude towards patients, relatives and staff
• Empathy, motivation, determination and above all enthusiasm
