HSE Cluster Specialist (a), 100%

To drive our continuous organic growth, we are constantly seeking highly qualified professionals. To strengthen our team and build a competence centre in the Peptide Manufacturing Cluster I (PMC I) department, we are looking for a committed HSE Cluster Specialist (a), working 100%.

Your tasks:

• Contact person for all HSE topics (Health, Safety & Environment) within the cluster as well as advising the Cluster Head and Production Leader to promote a positive safety culture
• Ensuring compliance with HSE and compliance requirements and promoting a proactive safety awareness in daily work
• Participation in the investigation of incidents and near-misses including definition, implementation, and follow-up of improvement measures
• Planning and conducting safety rounds, documenting results, and monitoring relevant HSE KPIs
• Participation in safety committees and ensuring transparent information flow on HSE topics within the cluster
• Close collaboration with the central HSE department, the HSE & Compliance Manager, and HSE Specialists of other clusters to further develop uniform processes and standards
• Contributing to the development and delivery of HSE training in cooperation with Training Leaders and HR
• Situational decision-making in HSE matters considering balanced risk management

Your profile:

• Completed training as a chemical technician or chemical laboratory technician with several years of professional experience (at least 5 years)
• HSE-specific further training as well as solid experience in occupational safety, health, and environmental protection in chemical production
• Strong coaching and feedback skills as well as high personal suitability for promoting a safety culture
• Several years of practical experience in the HSE environment of a production facility
• German language skills at a business fluent level (at least C1)
• Good IT skills within the scope of professional training and daily application
