Certified Nursing Specialist

• You ensure professional, individual and holistic care and support of our clients in their own homes.
• You care for people with various medical conditions and apply your expertise particularly in the areas of somatics, wound care, palliative care and dementia.
• You independently take responsibility for case management and coordinate the entire care process responsibly and purposefully.
• You conduct needs assessments, plan the necessary care measures and carefully document the care process in InterRAI Home Care.
• You recognise changes in health status early and initiate appropriate measures.
• You work closely and professionally with nursing experts, doctors, hospitals and other professionals and institutions.

• Completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF or FH
• Independent, competent and reliable personality with a strong sense of responsibility
• Good user knowledge in the area of IT
• Driving licence category B
• Experience in the Spitex sector
