Function

Tasks

• Independent handling of monthly payroll runs including all associated administrative tasks.
• Processing of queries related to social insurances as well as managing corresponding insurance cases.
• Advising and supporting employees and managers on payroll and personnel-related matters.
• Ensuring efficient personnel administration in close cooperation with HR managers.
• Contributing to the further development and optimisation of HR processes and internal procedures.
• Supporting the implementation of HR projects as well as taking on additional administrative tasks in the personnel area.

Requirements

• Completed commercial basic training with further education in payroll, human resources or social insurances.
• Several years of professional experience in payroll accounting as well as sound knowledge of Swiss social insurances and labour law.
• Knowledge of Abacus is an advantage.
• Independent, structured and reliable working style with a strong service orientation.
• Communicative, flexible personality with enjoyment in collaborating with employees and managers as well as willingness to actively shape change.
