What the professional everyday life looks like

• Caring for patients in the zone model on the ward with around 36 beds
• Managing a zone with the assigned patient group
• Adequate delegation of nursing tasks in patient-centred care
• Working according to the principles of Lean Hospital in a dynamic team of 30 employees
• Responsible for the nursing process in the primary nursing model according to WZW criteria

Skills and potential

• Basic: Diploma as a Registered Nurse (HF, FH or equivalent)
• Ideally: Experience in an acute care setting with a focus on orthopaedics
• Very welcome: high patient orientation and strong organisational skills
• Also: cheerful, creative team player qualities
• Absolutely: enjoyment of a varied and lively hospital routine with an interest in shaping it
