You are looking for a new challenge as a Data Engineer and BI specialist. In this role, you take responsibility for the development and implementation of data analysis solutions. You are responsible for the design and implementation of data models and architectures to analyse and visualise complex data sets. With your experience as a professional, you bring a deep understanding of the requirements of business intelligence and data engineering. You are ready to contribute your skills and advance your career as a Data Engineer and BI specialist.
Responsibilities:
You design the technical foundation for data-driven decisions and ensure the continuous improvement of the central information platform.
You structure data inventories, plan their integration and establish comprehensible standards for consistency, availability and access protection.
You access heterogeneous information sources, modernise historically grown data inventories and implement automated processing pipelines.
You translate professional requirements from construction cost management, real estate projects and execution into suitable data solutions and integration concepts.
You support management evaluations and visualisations, develop new analysis tools and use AI-based programming methods to implement digital solutions.
Qualifications:
You have a tertiary education in an analytical, technical or business-related field, ideally with a university degree.
You bring practical experience in data integration, transformation, quality control and structured storage.
You understand the structure of data warehouses and are familiar with at least one modern platform for scalable data processing.
You are proficient in SQL and Python and familiar with authorisation concepts, encryption and the responsible handling of confidential information.
You enjoy working iteratively, take initiative and independently familiarise yourself with new technologies; knowledge of CI/CD, version control and real estate processes is welcome. Very good German language skills are required.
