In this role, you will delve deeply into the clients’ business processes, analyse and optimise them, and develop tailored solutions in the ERP environment with a focus on ABACUS. You will advise clients as the central contact person for the ERP business software, implement the solutions effectively, and ensure seamless integration into existing workflows. Additionally, you will take responsibility for projects, coordinate all parties involved, and ensure that goals and deadlines are met. Through training and support, you will facilitate users’ handling of the software and thus contribute sustainably to the success of the implemented solutions. With your business administration or business informatics background and your experience in the ERP environment, you bring the professional foundation to manage this demanding task proficiently.
Responsibilities:
- You analyse the business processes of our clients, identify optimisation potentials, and develop customised solutions in the ERP environment
- In this role, you are the central contact person for the ABACUS software and support our clients with advice and assistance
- As Consultants/Project Managers ERP (m/f/d), you implement ERP solutions and integrate them seamlessly into our clients’ processes
- You take on project management, coordinate all parties involved, and ensure the achievement of goals and deadlines
- In this role, you train users in handling the ABACUS software and provide comprehensive support
Qualifications:
- You have a completed degree with a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field
- You have solid professional experience as a consultant
- You bring good knowledge in payroll, HR, operations management, and/or finance, ideally with experience in ERP software such as ABACUS
- You think analytically, have a good sense for data, and quickly understand complex contexts
- You communicate clearly and understandably and can explain complex matters well to your clients and team
- You work independently, take responsibility, are a team player, and communicate confidently in German
