Role:
The company is an internationally active technology group in the field of industrial manufacturing and develops solutions for the highly precise machining of workpieces and components.
Particularly exciting is the combination of technical precision and digitalised production processes. Employees work at the interface of development, engineering, production, automation, and international customer service, accompanying technically demanding solutions through various phases.
Responsibilities:
As a central leadership figure, you are responsible for financial management and coordinate the adjacent areas of administration and logistics.
You ensure a timely financial close and guarantee the correct preparation of individual and consolidated financial statements.
Based on budgets, forecasts, key figures, and analyses, you monitor business development and derive concrete measures.
Your focus is on the sustainable improvement of profitability, liquidity, and working capital as well as on the further development of existing financial processes.
Furthermore, you lead ERP and SAP initiatives and support the organisation in digitalisation and efficiency enhancement.
Qualifications:
An academic education in finance, accounting, or business administration forms the basis for this demanding role.
You bring several years of professional experience in controlling or financial management as well as sound knowledge of the international financial environment.
You have in-depth expertise in IFRS, consolidation, and group reporting and are proficient in using SAP or comparable ERP solutions.
As a leader, you convince with entrepreneurial thinking, solution orientation, and strong stakeholder management.
Fluent written and spoken German as well as very good English skills and experience in developing and leading teams are required.
