SAP Partner & Application Service Manager (all)

Your area of responsibility

• You manage the Application Service Management across several areas and ensure a high level of service quality
• As a central interface, you orchestrate the operational partnership between SAP and BKW and bring the relevant stakeholders together
• You conduct service and performance reviews, demand agreed services and ensure BKW's obligations are met
• In the event of major disruptions, you take over the coordination of task forces and bring together various specialists to find solutions
• You keep an eye on KPIs and service quality and derive targeted improvements for the service organisation
• Together with internal and external partners, you coordinate operational roadmaps and drive continuous improvement

Your profile

• Several years of experience in Application Service Management as well as in SAP partner or vendor management form your professional foundation
• You understand IT contexts and can assess and connect technical and business perspectives
• You bring together different interests even in challenging situations and represent agreed services clearly and objectively
• You handle contracts and service agreements confidently and use them as a basis for effective partner management
• You present yourself confidently at different hierarchical levels and communicate very well in German and English
• An independent and structured way of working as well as calmness and orientation in complex situations characterise you
