Your tasks:
New customer acquisition by phone
Appointment scheduling for our partners with existing customers
Documentation of all work steps in the CRM (Pipedrive)
You bring with you:
You have experience and enjoy telephone customer acquisition
You are committed, reliable, and maintain respectful interactions both internally and externally
You are communicative, possess good negotiation skills, and convince with a pleasant voice
Confident handling of the laptop - especially Outlook as well as recording contacts and activities in a CRM system
You speak Swiss German
Other national languages and/or English are a plus
