A BIM modeller/designer in building services HVAC engineering (m/f)

We have created a multi-source energy system that produces heat, cooling and electricity in a renewable and decarbonised way, fully compliant with the FOEN 2050 objectives.

We offer our services to communities and landowners for a rational and renewable energy supply for existing or new buildings.

As part of the development of our activities and to carry out our newly signed contracts, we are urgently looking for:

Your mission:

• Implementation of the STEEN energy system within various construction projects.
• Creation, management and updating of the schematic diagram according to the sizing by the lead project engineer (AUTOCAD).
• Creation, management and updating of heat production installation models in BIM (REVIT).
• Planning and administration of the modelling part within engineering contracts, according to the ISO quality manual and throughout the SIA phases.
• Participation in coordination meetings with various technical contractors (notably BIM meetings).
• Regular use and updating of coordination and data sharing platforms.
• Updating documents related to sizing.
• Extraction of detailed quantities with REVIT during tender phases.
• Creation of execution and revision models and plans of installations.
• Creation of detailed models and plans of certain specific parts of the STEEN system.
• Continuous development of internal BIM tools (project template, families, parameters, etc.).
• Technical assistance to project engineers in the preparation of internal documents and in research and development topics.

Your profile:

• Federal VET Diploma as building services designer or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 to 5 years’ experience in an HVAC engineering office or company.
• Excellent knowledge of HVAC technology (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) and Swiss standards.
• Knowledge of sanitary and electrical building installations is a significant advantage.
• Excellent BIM skills.
• Excellent command of AUTOCAD, REVIT and their environments.
• Ability to read, understand and produce hydraulic diagrams.
• Production and management of REVIT models.
• Proficiency in MS OFFICE office software.
• Motivated, dynamic, proactive and autonomous person with a strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.
• Rigour, organisation and diligence at work. Ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
• Analytical and synthetic thinking, initiative-taking.
• Rigour, professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills, both internally and externally (with clients and other contractors).
