What you achieve
- You shape the digital future of our insurance, customer and partner processes in an agile organisation, thus ensuring a convincing customer experience.
- In close collaboration with Product Owners, development teams and specialists from the business areas, you analyse existing business processes and identify optimisation potentials.
- You develop professional concepts, specify requirements and translate these into actionable user stories and specifications.
- From implementation to introduction, you accompany the solution, support testing and ensure that it meets the requirements of our customers.
What you bring
- You have a degree (FH/Uni) in Business Informatics or a comparable qualification.
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, Process Manager or in a comparable role ideally qualify you for this position.
- Ideally, you are familiar with insurance, customer and partner processes. Experience from other industries with complex business processes as well as a strong interest in insurance topics are also welcome.
- Good communication and moderation skills, tact and empathy in dealing with a wide range of stakeholders characterise your personality.
