Role:
As a property manager with our ROCKEN partner, you will independently manage a diverse residential portfolio. You ensure ongoing property maintenance, oversee renovations, and handle tenant changes and contract matters. With your market understanding and customer-oriented advice, you support owners in managing their properties.
Responsibilities:
You independently manage your residential portfolio and ensure proper maintenance of the properties.
You accompany larger renovation projects in close cooperation with the project management of the construction department and take care of smaller renovations.
You conduct apartment inspections and handovers during initial rentals and tenant changes.
As a personal and telephone contact person, you attend to the concerns of tenants.
You handle rental contracts, contract amendments, and rent adjustments carefully and reliably.
You monitor developments in the real estate market and advise owners competently, efficiently, and customer-oriented.
Qualifications:
You bring several years of experience in the real estate sector as well as the federal professional certificate as a property manager.
Sound accounting knowledge and legal knowledge in the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR), Civil Code (ZGB), and Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law (SchKG) form an important basis for your work.
You communicate confidently in German, both spoken and written, and are proficient with MS Office.
Your working style is competent, customer-oriented, and solution-focused.
You combine high social competence with good planning and organisational skills.
