What Awaits You

Join a close-knit team and take the reins of our construction sites in Valais and the canton of Vaud, with a primary presence in Valais. Reporting directly to management, you ensure everything runs smoothly: deadlines, costs, and quality, for sites we can be proud of!

On a Daily Basis, You

• Manage your sites from A to Z, from planning to handover
• Prepare and review tender requests
• Coordinate subcontractors, craftsmen, and trades
• Keep an eye on budgets, schedules, and work progress
• Ensure everything is executed according to best practices: quality, plans, and standards
• Ensure safety on the construction sites
• Act as the trusted contact for clients, architects, and engineers
• Participate in managing orders, offers, and final accounting
• Write site reports and acceptance minutes

You Are the Right Person If…

• You have training as a site manager, foreman, ES technician in construction, or architect (or equivalent)
• You have proven experience in a similar role, ideally in villa, housing, or building construction
• SIA standards and site procedures hold no secrets for you
• You have leadership skills, a sense of organisation, and enjoy working autonomously
• You find it easy to connect with others and value team spirit
• You are comfortable with industry software tools (planning, measurements, site monitoring)
• You hold a driving licence (category B), essential
• You live in Valais or the region: a real plus!
