- You develop business processes further and continuously and proactively contribute your ideas
- In this role, you take on support and maintenance of existing business applications, including patch installations and collaboration with external service providers
- As an Application Manager, you gather requirements for application and process adjustments, review them, and accompany their implementation
- You maintain and develop interfaces between applications and perform simple data cleansing if necessary
- In this role, you actively participate in the ongoing digitalisation of business processes and evaluate relevant key figures and reports
- As an Application Manager, you coordinate employees, support centres, and application developers and create as well as maintain system and operational documentation
Qualifications:
- You have completed basic training as an IT specialist EFZ, ICT specialist, or business informatics specialist
- You have experience as a power user of ERP or ITSM systems and ideally knowledge in SQL
- You bring basic knowledge in the areas of servers, services, and networks
- You analyse problems confidently and find practical solutions, acting proactively and gladly taking responsibility
- You work openly, independently, customer- and solution-oriented, communicate clearly, and see yourself as a team player
- You are curious, eager to learn, and have German as your mother tongue as well as good English skills in spoken and written form
