Your tasks – our position
- Leadership, support, and promotion of the staff in outpatient nutritional counselling
- Ensuring high-quality, patient- and evidence-based nutritional counselling
- Organisation and further development of processes, structures, and the team
- Participation in recruitment, induction, as well as duty and holiday planning
- Promotion of an open feedback, learning, and reflection culture
- Active involvement in the specialist area
- Close interprofessional and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Co-responsibility for quality, budget, and project implementation
Your skills – our requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Counselling
- Several years of professional experience
- Leadership experience or further training in personnel management and healthcare management, or willingness to undertake this
- Very good professional and practical knowledge
- Strong leadership, communication, and social skills
- Enjoyment of development, change, and collaboration
- Good German and French skills, spoken and written
