Role:
An internationally leading Swiss technology company that has been shaping the future of surveying, digitalisation and spatial data capture for over 200 years. Responsibilities:
Together with the CFO, you take on a central role in the financial management and strategic development of the business area.
You challenge reports, forecasts and planning assumptions and ensure transparent and meaningful decision-making bases.
The further development of performance management, controlling processes, governance and reporting systems is within your area of responsibility.
You actively shape the digital transformation in the finance environment and further develop modern analysis, reporting and self-service solutions.
As a leader, you develop your team and the international controlling community and accompany selected M&A and integration projects.
Qualifications:
A degree with a focus on finance, accounting or business administration.
You have solid experience in international financial controlling or FP&A and are familiar with complex divisional corporate structures.
Very good knowledge of accounting, IFRS, consolidation and group reporting enables you to have a holistic view of business performance.
You communicate confidently in German and English.
