Tasks

What tasks await you as a Junior Specialist in Building Physics & Acoustics (m/f/d), Opfikon, 80-100%?

• You will work on diverse projects in the fields of building physics, building acoustics, room acoustics and noise protection.
• You will support project management with calculations, simulations, measurements as well as the preparation of concepts, verifications, reports and expert opinions.
• Together with us, you will assess components and constructions regarding thermal, moisture and sound insulation and develop practical solutions.
• Site inspections, measurements and quality checks are also part of your responsibilities.
• You will collaborate with various disciplines and other project participants, gaining broad insight into different construction projects.
• With growing experience, you will increasingly take on responsibility as well as your own tasks and smaller projects.

Requirements

What requirements do you bring as a Junior Specialist in Building Physics & Acoustics (m/f/d), Opfikon, 80-100%?

• You have a degree or solid technical training in architecture, civil engineering, building services engineering, energy and environmental technology, building physics, acoustics or a comparable field.
• Initial experience in building physics or acoustics is an advantage but not a prerequisite.
• You are also welcome with a different technical background if you are interested in building physics relationships, energy, sound and buildings.
• You bring technical understanding, curiosity and willingness to learn and enjoy working on different issues.
• You enjoy working with people from different disciplines and can explain technical contexts clearly.
• You work in a structured and reliable manner even with several projects simultaneously and communicate bottlenecks early.
• You communicate confidently in German.
