Application Owner D365 F&O (m/f/d)
Role:
ERP systems only realise their value when processes, technology and people work seamlessly together. As Application Owner D365 F&O, you bear product responsibility for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Finance & Operations and the Power Platform. You combine agile product management with genuine responsibility for application operations. Additionally, you drive AI use cases from concept to productive deployment.
Responsibilities:
You analyse business processes and translate requirements into user stories and functional concepts. You then configure the solutions directly in the system.
As Application Owner, you ensure stable operations. Release, change and incident management as well as governance are in your hands.
You maintain and prioritise the product backlog and lead sprint planning and other agile ceremonies.
Furthermore, you identify AI use cases and implement automations with Power Apps and Power Automate.
Moreover, you lead ERP projects, manage external partners and act as a sparring partner for CRM managers.
You also coordinate user acceptance tests (UAT) and training sessions and proactively keep stakeholders informed at all levels.
Qualifications:
A degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification forms your foundation.
You bring several years of ERP experience and know finance and operational business processes including payroll in detail.
As a product owner, functional consultant or in a similar role, you have already configured D365 modules yourself. Ideally, you have also had operational responsibility for business-critical applications.
Agile working and backlog management are part of your daily routine. You feel confident in project management with external partners.
You speak German at a native level and communicate confidently in English. You convince stakeholders with structure and solution orientation.
Additionally, you score with experience in the Power Platform, AI-supported automations, Microsoft certifications or sound knowledge in accounting.
