You operate and develop tailored ICT products and solutions for customers
You take on the technical support and direct customer contact, including project implementation
You bear responsibility for the Microsoft 365 specialist area and carry out migrations to Exchange Online and SharePoint Online
You support Microsoft 365 products and Teams telephony and contribute to the development of new services together with product management
Qualifications:
You have a training as an IT specialist and bring professional development as well as team spirit
You have in-depth knowledge in planning, building, and operating ICT solutions and are enthusiastic about Microsoft 365 services
You are proficient in technologies such as Windows Server, M365, Intune, SQL Server, Citrix/Terminal Server and network services
You have experience in PowerShell scripting, several years of practice, and gladly take on responsibility
You enjoy direct customer contact, have very good German and good English skills, as well as a pronounced documentation flair
