You are an important hub in radiology and ensure that patients and the treatment team can rely on well-coordinated processes. In addition to the classic tasks at reception and appointment scheduling, you take responsibility for the complex organisation of interventional radiology. In doing so, you work closely with various professional groups and apply your medical understanding daily. The position is available immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks
- You answer telephone calls and emails and handle enquiries reliably and service-oriented.
- You plan and coordinate radiological examinations (CT, MRI, ultrasound, etc.) as well as appointments for outpatient and inpatient patients.
- You welcome patients and prepare the necessary documents for their examinations.
- You ensure a smooth flow of information between patients, doctors and other professional groups.
- You take on general administrative tasks such as processing medical reports and maintaining patient data.
- You deputise for the medical secretary in interventional radiology.
- You plan, schedule and coordinate the examinations of interventional radiology, for example biopsies, PTA, embolisations or microwave ablations.
- You organise the interventional radiology consultations and independently manage the telephone service.
- You create appointment invitations including the required patient information and assist with the organisation of further training.
- You assist with controlling and billing of interventional examinations and are the contact person for industry representatives.
Your profile
- You have training as an MPA EFZ or FaGe EFZ with several years of professional experience in a hospital or training as a medical secretary with several years of experience in a comparable role.
- You have good knowledge of medical terminology and ideally experience in planning complex medical processes.
- You work in a structured manner, keep an overview even in demanding situations and set priorities confidently.
- You communicate in a friendly, service-oriented way and enjoy working with various professional groups.
- You are confident in using MS Office and ideally have experience with clinical information systems such as KISIM, Coris or Sectra.
- You have very good German language skills in spoken and written form; additional language skills are an advantage.
