Head of Human Resources
Do you want to actively shape the human resources of a successful SME? Then an exciting role with plenty of scope for creativity awaits you. As Head of Human Resources, you will support and advise the management and employees on all personnel matters.
What to expect
In this responsible position, you bear overall responsibility for personnel management, from personnel administration to payroll. You lead the HR department both professionally and personally, actively participate in day-to-day business, and continuously develop structures and processes. In doing so, you support the modern, future-oriented management in all strategic and operational HR matters.
As the central contact person, you accompany and advise employees and managers on personnel-related issues. You ensure compliance with labour law requirements and coordinate cooperation with external partners. In addition, you prepare meaningful HR key figures and reports as a basis for decision-making for management.
Your profile
You have a commercial basic education with further training in human resources, for example as an HR specialist with a federal certificate, a federal diploma, or an equivalent qualification. Even if you are currently undergoing relevant further training, we look forward to receiving your application.
Several years of professional experience in human resources as well as ideally leadership experience form the basis for this role. You are well versed in Swiss labour law and personnel administration and are confident in using HR software, preferably SwissSalary, as well as common MS Office applications. Your German language skills are fluent, and additional French or English skills are a plus.
You work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner. With your discreet and trustworthy personality, you build trust at all levels. High social competence, empathy, as well as strong communication and negotiation skills complete your profile.
