Dynamics Application Manager (m/f/d)

Role:
In this role, you take responsibility for the operation, further development, and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central as well as other applications. You analyse business requirements, implement them together with the business units, and ensure the smooth functioning of interfaces. You also coordinate external partners and suppliers, are responsible for incident, change, and release management, and support projects, rollouts, and system migrations. You create the necessary documentation and provide support in 2nd and 3rd level support. With your several years of experience in Business Central or NAV and your understanding of business processes in finance, purchasing, and sales, you shape the continuous development of the system landscape.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the operation, further development, and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central as well as other applications
In this role, you analyse business requirements and implement them together with the business units
As Application Manager, you ensure the functionality of the interfaces
You coordinate and manage external partners and suppliers
In this role, you ensure incident, change, and release management
As the Dynamics lead, you support projects, rollouts, system migrations as well as 2nd and 3rd level support and create documentation
Qualifications:
- You have several years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV
- You are familiar with business processes in finance, purchasing, and sales and ideally have experience with a care solution
- You have experience in application management
- You work analytically, structured, and solution-oriented
- You have very good German language skills
